“Real estate” operations
Days after R. was released from jail, eleven alleged members of that organization were charged, including Núñez himself. And Miguel R. was arrested and charged days later, on June 18, for the crime of illicit association aggravated by the participation of minors as a member.

The informal and mafia real estate operations of Miguel R. do not seem to be news. In June, the prosecutor Pablo Socca’s investigation against the Núñez gang placed him in charge of providing usurped homes. An indication in this regard arose from chats with another defendant as a member of the group, the alleged hitman Jonatan Ribles, to whom R. offers houses in different neighborhoods such as La Esperanza or Tigre.
“We applied the mafia to him and he left,” R. tells Ribles about the owner of the house in the La Esperanza neighborhood, who apparently had left the house after the pressures received by this boy. “The house has been alone for two weeks, nobody went to anything,” he said about the property that he had been monitoring with a girl whom he sent to take photos. “The house is already won.”
“It has everything inside except the plasma, the equipment and the clothes,” he added before offering to “open it” as a bunker to sell drugs, something that, he warned, he had already “offered to another kid.” Finally, he sends you a photo of the property in question.
However, the evidence against Miguel R. was not enough for him to remain in prison, for which the prosecutor Socca agreed with the defense to release him with certain rules of conduct such as the prohibition of having firearms or maintaining contacts with some other member of the organization in question.
Again
What was in evidence is that with the restricted freedom in force, that was not enough to scare Miguel R. from engaging in real estate activity in its extortion or fraud modality. Thus, on Saturday afternoon he was arrested again.

This time, according to judicial and police sources, he had sold to two men a piece of land that he did not own and was located in Paraguay at 500 Villa Gobernador Gálvez. According to police spokesmen, on Saturday afternoon members of the Radioelectric Command arrived at the property in question as a result of a conflict between those who claimed to be its owners or aspired to be.
At the scene, the uniformed men interviewed a 25-year-old man, identified as Juan, who showed them documentation proving that the place had been his property at least since last November. Then they heard from two other young people who claimed to have bought it from a man they had contacted through Facebook: it was Miguel R. who was transferred to the 29th police station in Villa Diego.
In the section, it was established that the detainee had a criminal record as well as an arrest warrant from the prosecutor Socca for the cause of the illicit association led by Núñez. However, the official confirmed yesterday, that request was old and not in force since he had charged it and then released it with restrictions.

Thus, the alleged fraudster was delayed while waiting to resolve his procedural situation due to this new fact that they are adjudicating to him.
