The Cicpc detained José Eduardo González Navas (20) in Altagracia de Orituco (Gua), who is allegedly dedicated to growing marijuana plants.
José Eduardo’s arrest occurred last Monday in a house located in the La Perimetral sector of the aforementioned town in Guarico. At that site, the subject had nine plants of marijuana planted weighing 5 kilos 400 grams, which were seized. Apparently José Eduardo intended to process and market these plants.
The detainee was handed over to the 8th Prosecutor of the Public Ministry.
