The National Civil Police (PNC) captured 2 18S gang members who are recognized for maintaining assault points in different neighborhoods of Las Lajas, in Izalco, Sonsonate.
This is Carlos Alberto Argumedo Castro, alias Tato, a gunman and extortionist in the gang. The second is Víctor Eduardo Mancía Velásquez, alias Tigre, who is profiled as a triggerman.
According to reports, these subjects are linked in cases of homicide, disappearance of people and extortion. Furthermore, 8 days ago they were seen stealing a motorcycle.
Police authorities indicated that both gang members will face justice, for which they will be prosecuted for the crime of illicit groups, while investigations continue.
