SAN LUIS POTOSÍ, SLP., December 13 (EL UNIVERSAL).- Investigative police officers have completed an arrest warrant against the second possible participant in the murder of a lawyer, in Ciudad Fernández, reported the Attorney General’s Office of the State (FGE).
The events in which he is allegedly involved took place on November 12, 2022, in a commercial establishment located on Calle Centenario, Barrio Primero, in El Refugio, where a subject entered who asked for him, fired a shot and then fled.
The PDI carried out the investigations with which Ricardo “N” was identified as the alleged second defendant, for which the Public Prosecutor’s agent asked the Supervisory Judge for the warrant for the crime of qualified homicide.
This second arrest warrant for the murder of the lawyer was carried out at the Rioverde social reintegration center where 22-year-old Ricardo “N” has been detained for weeks for another crime.
The first suspected killer falls
The first detainee was Jesús “N”, on November 25 by elements of the Investigative Police (PDI), who was already linked to the trial by the litigants of the institute for the prosecution of justice, and is also in that prison.
It is a 24-year-old individual allegedly involved in the murder of the lawyer in the municipality of Ciudad Fernández.
