Nogales.- For depriving your partner of life Rachel Ana Manuela, 33 years old, when he was in a hotdog stand, along with other people, Gaspar “N.” was arrested on charges of femicide.
The 43-year-old man was located in Obregon City by staff of the Sonora Prosecutor’s Office, after coordinated investigations between AMIC agents who executed the arrest warrant.
At the Initial Hearing, held this Sunday, July 25, the Judge endorsed the evidence data exhibited by the Agent of the Public Ministry, charged him with the crime and left him in preventive detention, the relationship was pending for 144 hours.
The apprehension took place last Saturday, July 24, in the Cajeme neighborhood, in Ciudad Obregón.

Elements of the Ministerial Criminal Investigation Agency (AMIC), of Nogales and Ciudad Obregón, proceeded to complete the court order, and assured the accused of a 9-millimeter firearm.
Personnel from the Investigative Trilogy, from the Attorney General’s Office of the State of Sonora (FGJE), tracked Gaspar “N.” for more than a month, after appearing as the probable person responsible for the femicide crime.
On July 15, around 11:15 p.m., the attack with firearm projectiles against a female person, identified as Raquel Ana Manuela, 33, was reported, who lost her life at the scene of the acts.

Her body was left on Abraham Zaied street, after a male arrived where the now victim was, in a hotdog stall in the company of other people, pulled her by force and later took her life with several shots.
Immediately, the Investigative Trilogy, Agent of the Public Ministry, AMIC and Expert Services elements, began with the investigations, collected evidence, conducted interviews with witnesses and did field criminalistic tests.
With the results obtained, including from Forensic Ballistics to 9 mm caliber percussion caps, the probable responsibility of Gaspar “N.”, who was a partner of Raquel Ana Manuela, was determined, for which the arrest warrant was requested and obtained.
Once the order was fulfilled, the subject was presented before the Judge who charged him with the crime of femicide and ordered preventive detention, the link to the process was pending as the accused and his defense were attached within 144 hours to resolve his legal situation . Investigations are maintained.
