A 18R gunman who in recent months tried to reactivate crimes by recruiting young people to gangs, was arrested by the National Civil Police (PNC).

This is Herbert Vladimir Recinos Pérez, alias Measles or Blazer, who was captured by illicit groups in the Plan del Pino canton, in Ciudad Delgado, San Salvador.
