Urgent inspection of the mink farm near Stara Zagora, just a day after environmentalists protested in front of the new cabinet demanding that this type of farm be closed. The Ministry of Agriculture and Food is expected to conduct the inspection this morning, bTV reported.
On the first day of the cabinet, representatives of non-governmental organizations and environmental activists protested in front of the Council of Ministers against the activities of the only currently operating mink farm. According to them, there is a political umbrella over this business.
The new ministers of agriculture and health were then informed and provided with documents on possible violations of the mink farm.
