A legendary meat processing plant that fed us at the dawn of democracy was put up for sale. The reason is accumulated debts and burdens.
Thus, the first private meat processing plant in Plovdiv was announced for public sale. A bailiff has scheduled an auction for the building of the owner company “Zornitsa – 90” OOD, “Maritsa” reported.
The base is at 176 Brezovsko Shose Street and has a total area of 330 sq.m. There are two two-story industrial buildings, with an area of 158 sq.m and 82 sq.m, respectively.
The starting price of the enterprise is BGN 217,728 including VAT. For comparison, in the first auction announced in 2018, the starting price was BGN 287,550 including VAT.
There are encumbrances on the property. Prohibitions have been entered in favor of the National Revenue Agency, the Municipality of Plovdiv, as well as a private company. Viewings of the property can be held every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9.30am to 10.30am during the public sale.
Offers are accepted from November 11, 2024 to December 11, 2024. If a buyer appears within this month, it will be announced the following day.
“Zornitsa – 90” Ltd. is a family company, established in 1990. Its activity started with the trade of meat and meat products under the name of the company.
He also opened a company grocery store opposite the fair, which became popular for its low prices.
Later, the company established a meat processing plant for the production of minced meat, raw sausages and kebabs.
However, his business failed to survive, gradually accumulated debts and ceased operations.
