The parents of the two children who died in the fire constantly left them alone in the apartment, neighbors told a Blitz reporter. The two had recently been there in a dormitory, but often made an impression with the scandals and accusations they exchanged.
Emil and Martina – so say the parents of the two children who died in the fire at the age of 1 and 4, reveal their relatives who were at the scene of the tragedy. Emil’s brother, Ivan, found out about the misfortune only at noon and arrived in front of block 406 with Emil’s ex-brother-in-law, the brother of his first wife.
“Most likely the children were alone. She, Martina, is involved in prostitution, she also takes drugs. Emil used to take it, but he stopped,” said the brother-in-law.
There was also a man at the scene who did not want to give his name, but said he was a friend of Martina’s mother. “I don’t feel sorry for her! I feel sorry for the children!” He said angrily, adding that Martina was not a commodity and “money everything – from drugs, prostitution, to theft, etc.”
People who live in the unfortunate entrance of bl. 406 in the Vladislav Varnenchik neighborhood say that the children were regularly left alone, but in this case the mother was in the apartment – at least according to her explanations to the police.
“The father went to work here and there, and the mother – constantly disappeared somewhere in the evening. Once she asked me for a loan of BGN 10 – as if they were for food for the children. She took them and – hop in a taxi and disappeared. We heard their scandals often. Recently, even she shouted at him: “What ?! Don’t you want people to know that you are a pimp ?!
Stunning comments from neighbors that parents may have deliberately killed their children have also surfaced on social media.
One of the neighbors, Radko, said he was the first to come to the rescue, and his wife signaled. The time was 22:10.
“The father had already entered the apartment. The mother was shouting outside, ‘My children! My children! “Said Radko. According to him, the allegations of deliberate killing of children are madness.” This is absurd. But they were certainly dead when they were taken out of the apartment, “he added.
