The authors of the latest facade transformed with graffiti on a block in the residential area “Vazrazhdane” will once again organize an outdoor event on August 19, from 7:00 p.min front of the building on “San Stefano” Blvd. #47 in the residential area “Revival”.
“Step by step, we will completely change the urban environment in Burgas. Everything happens like an avalanche and the interest in this type of art is huge,” commented the chairman of the “Posoka Burgas” Association. arch. Emil Burulyanov.
Anyone interested in seeing the works live and getting creative inspiration is invited, and there will be an opportunity to discuss new projects and future subjects for painting. The good mood and artistic background will be provided by DJ Ivo Happy, also known as Adv. Ivaylo Naydenov – chief lawyer and co-founder of the Association.
“We continue to improve various unsightly spaces for a more beautiful Burgas. Let’s also stimulate cultural art tourism on a completely different level. I am glad that a 20-year-old idea of mine found like-minded people in the person of “Posoka Burgas”! We already have many benefactors who help this cause, and the citizens accept our mission with a big smile, which is proof that we are going in the right direction!”, adds Ivan Yankov – Esteo.
A paw print and a story about a lost kitten inspire the transformation of a gray and depressing space, turning it into a beautiful and smiling place. The idea has been met with support from the community, and numerous photos and conversations on the ground show that the authors are on the right track.
Association for public benefit “Posoka Burgas” recalls that the initiative to paint walls and urban spaces is a continuation of the charity exhibition “Eclectics” held in August 2023. It brought together over 20 artists who donated their works to raise funds for a more beautiful urban environment. With the help of these means, facades and public spaces are painted by professional graffiti artists. The initiative is called “Art for Art” and is the work of “Posoka Burgas”. The organization is a civic platform for socially significant causes, ideas and important projects for Burgas.
