Construction activities are carried out in a property near the Kaufland store on Tsarigradsko Shosse Blvd., see Plovdiv24.bg. Some time ago the land was owned by Taxi 1 and has been in private hands for several years.

An excavator is pushing abandoned abandoned buildings and storage, and a truck is hauling construction waste off the property. Probably the preparation is related to the purpose of the private land, namely – Land, Trakia region, in an urbanized area, with high construction (over 15 m), with a total area of ​​13999 square meters for housing.

The property is part of the list of properties of the joint venture with the participation of the Municipality of Plovdiv and Georgi Gergov – “Puldinturinvest”.
