A large part of the center of Thessaloniki was plunged into darkness this evening, early in the evening, due to a power outage.
As of 21:00, several building blocks from the Courts to Agia Sofias Street remain without electricity, while they also have no electricity on Nikis Avenue, as well as a section of Agios Dimitriou Street.
Where is the damage caused?
The blackout has also caused problems for vehicular traffic as traffic lights in the aforementioned areas have been out of order.
According to information, the power outage is due to a fault in a DEDDIE substation.
