A serious traffic accident occurred on Wednesday night (17/4) in eastern Thessaloniki, with a car dragging a minor on a bicycle.
According to information, the incident occurred shortly after 10 pm at the junction of Papanastasiou and G. Angelou streets. The 17-year-old cyclist seems to have been crossing the road at the time and under unknown circumstances ended up on the wheels of the car.
Police forces and an EKAV ambulance rushed to the scene and transported the minor to Hippocrates Hospital. According to information, his health condition is critical.
The Thessaloniki Traffic Police is conducting a preliminary investigation.
