Hutchins’s last words came after protagonist Baldwin fired a Colt .45 revolver that was supposed to be blank-loaded, but contained live ammunition. “That wasn’t good,” the sound engineer told Hutchins according to The Los Angeles Times. “No,” she replied. “That was not good. That was not good at all.” She died in hospital a few hours later.
