HEERHUGOWARD – Twins who graduated cum laude: havists Frank and Linda Moraal (17) succeeded. On Thursday, brother and sister, each with exceptionally high marks, were allowed to fly the flag. “It feels like winning a nice trophy,” says Linda proudly.
