In a few weeks we will have to settle with the tax office. Exactly from February 15 to May 2, 2023, most of us are waiting for this duty. And while we are entitled to many tax breaks, not everyone will be able to take advantage of them. Check who won’t get a tax refund.
We pay the income tax to the tax office responsible for your place of residence.
Thanks to the Twoj e-PIT service, the PIT declaration is prepared for the taxpayer and will be available from 15 February 2023. However, it must be remembered that in order to take advantage of the tax relief, some of them must be entered manually.
Natural persons who have not received any income in a given tax year, such as non-working persons dependent on the spouse, students supported by parents, are not required to file annual liquidation returns.
In 2023, we must also remember the tax holidays of up to PLN 30,000. zlotys. This is important because in order to receive a tax refund, we must first pay it. If our annual income does not exceed 30 thousand. zloty, we won’t be able to deduct many reliefs, which however does not mean that we will not be entitled to any of the reimbursements, because there are some exceptions.
