The FDA notified seven manufacturers of this type of supplement: Essential Elements, trading as Scale Media Inc; Calroy Health Sciences LLC, iwi; BergaMet North America LLC; Healthy Trends Worldwide LLC, trading as Golden After 50; Chambers’ Apothecary, Anabolic Laboratories LLC, has deemed it illegal to sell cardiovascular dietary supplements by making unsubstantiated claims.
