These Five Foods Can Improve Breast Health

The five essential foods he intended to improve breast health namely:

1. Kale: Green leafy vegetables contain carotenoid antioxidants that are associated with a reduced risk of breast cancer.

2. Since: They are rich in antioxidants that have been shown to protect against the development and spread of cancer cells.

3. Salmon: Fatty fish such as salmon are rich in omega-3 fats, selenium, and antioxidants that may protect against cancer.

4. Broccoli: Vegetables cruciferous including broccoli, contains glucosinolate compounds that have high anticancer abilities.

5. Beans and lentils: Both are full of fiber, which may protect against breast cancer.
