Farm salmon
Salmon is recommended by doctors and nutritionists for its high omega-3 content. This fat helps regulate insulin and reduces appetite.
But only wild salmon has beneficial properties, but farmed salmon aggravates inflammation. Wild salmon contains 114 mg of fat, while farmed salmon contains about 1900 mg.
It is not that difficult to distinguish farmed salmon. This fish is colored pink.
Tilapia
This fish is very fatty, it contains more fat than bacon. One serving of such fish is much fatter than a donut or burger. Tilapia is farmed and fed with corn, not lake plants and algae.
Such nutrition turns fish into jellied meat among seafood, and it is very harmful to the body.
Mackerel
These fish often contain dangerously high levels of mercury. This substance destroys the human endocrine system and acts like false hormones: it makes the body retain fat and burn fewer calories, and reduces the level of the hormone leptin, which regulates appetite.
The smaller the fish, the fewer pollutants, the FDA says.
The lowest concentration of mercury is found in sardines, scallops and other small sea creatures.
Rolls with tuna
Tuna itself is a very dietary product. And hot spices in such rolls should burn fat.
But actually it is not. When preparing such rolls, tuna is actually bathed in mayonnaise and made from a dietary product that is very harmful.
The wrapper of the roll does not add usefulness – it is made of white rice, it is very harmful to the figure.
The Philadelphia roll, which consists of cream cheese, salmon and white rice, has the same negative effect. These rolls can contain 20 grams of fat and 520 calories.
Tempura shrimp
Batter shrimp is essentially fried sushi or fish and chips. They are seasoned with white flour and poured over with hot oil. This dish contains 508 calories and 21 grams of fat – the same amount contains the Big Mac.
