CARDS WILL BE DISABLED
Istanbulkart owners have been warned. Istanbulkarts that have not been used for 3 years will be closed due to timeout. Belbim informed users about Istanbulkarts via sms and e-mail.
Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (IMM) announced that Istanbulkarts that have not been used for 3 years will be closed for use within the scope of Istanbulkart Terms of Use and Framework Agreement, which it announced will come into force as of April 30, 2023.
Belbim used the following expressions in the e-mails he sent;
“Istanbulkart Framework Agreement has been renewed to enter into force as of 30.04.2023. In accordance with Law No. 6493, you can terminate the Framework Agreement without paying any fee until its effective date. If you do not submit your termination request within this period, you will be deemed to have accepted the change.
