These are the two dropouts from The Masked Singer

There’s a special element in it this week The Masked Singer: To learn more about the characters, they answer questions during a special press conference. For example, we find out that the Crocodile has foreign roots.

The Crocodile and the Giraffe kick off during the first sing-off. Both make a big impression on the panel members. The Crocodile, for example, shines with a Beyoncé song and the Giraffe sings flawlessly in French.

In the end, the public votes to allow the Crocodile to advance to finals and the Giraffe has to compete there one more time during the super sing-off.

The following characters also do everything they can to get that coveted spot: the Shark and the Piglet. The panelists are convinced that the Shark is Xander de Buisonjé. “I can tell by his walk,” Gerard says without a doubt.

During the press conference they find out that the Piglet could sometimes be admired revealingly in a magazine. After a swinging performance by the character, it is again up to the public to let them know who can go through. It was tense, but in the end the Piglet has to prove himself again in the last sing-off. That means the Shark is through to the final.

Time for the last two solo performances: the Cupid and the Bull. The Cupid starts off and soon the panelists think it’s Jamai. Yet that is disproved by various answers from the character.

The bull makes a big impression on both the audience and the panellists with his voice. But as we know, the vote of the public counts and they ultimately choose to let the Cupid shine in the final. The Taurus will have to fight one more time.

Then comes the most tense moment of the show: the losers of the three previous rounds – the Giraffe, the Piglet and the Bull – compete for the very last place.

After the dazzling performance, it’s up to the audience to decide who they want to see next week. Unfortunately, the adventure comes to an end for the Piglet and the Bull and the final spot in the final is for the Giraffe. That means the losers will have to reveal themselves.

All panel members are right about the Piglet: none other than Nicolette Kluijver emerges from the suit. “I’m very sorry and I’ve come to love the Piglet,” Nicolette responds. The Bull was correctly guessed by the panel of Buddy and Gerard. It is the one and only Edwin Evers. “It was fantastic to do,” said Edwin.

One of the interviewers who questioned the characters during the special press conferences was our own reporter Aran Bade. There he asked the Piglet the shirt off. You can see that in the video below.
