Jakarta, Selular.ID – Acer officially introduced its newest laptop, the ConceptD 7 SpatialLabs Edition (CN715-73G), with stereoscopic 3D technology specifically designed for designers, developers and content creators.
This stereoscopic 3D technology allows users to create 3D designs without the aid of special glasses.
Jerry Kao, Co-COO, Acer Inc. revealed through SpatialLabs, Acer presents a series of optical, display and sensory technologies with the ability to render video and images in real time. Supported by NVIDIA® GeForce RTX ™3080 Laptop GPU with exclusive driver technology, able to increase laptop performance optimally.
“Through the ConceptD 7 SpatialLabs Edition laptop, creators are more free to be creative in making designs or 3D animated videos,” said Jerry.
Jerry explained, to improve performance, the ConceptD 7 SpatialLabs Edition laptop is powered by an 11th Generation Intel® Core™ i7 processor combined with an NVIDIA® GeForce RTX™ 3080 GPU, 64 GB of DDR4 RAM and a 2TB NVMe PCIe SSD. The new ConceptD 7 device is equipped with a Pantone-certified UHD 4K display. Above the screen, Acer places a set of stereo cameras that can track the user’s eye position, eye movement and head to display images in stereoscopic 3D.
“This camera can project two images with slight differences through an optical lens that has been glued to the display panel. The images are then each refracted into a different eye,” explained Jerry.
Then the SpatialLabsTM feature on this laptop allows users to view their images in real time. SpatialLabs supports all 3D file formats allowing users to convert standard 3D graphics into stereoscopic 3D simply by importing them into SpatialLabs Model Viewer.
“That way, users can adjust lighting, textures, and HDRI backgrounds to find optimal presentation settings,” added Jerry.
In addition, according to Jerry, the SpatialLabs Model Viewer add-on is currently available for eight 3D software suites, including Autodesk Fusion 360, Rhinoceros, and Zbrush which allows designs created in this application to be exported to SpatialLabs Model Viewer with one click to view. -review in stereoscopic 3D. This laptop can also be used in conjunction with a 2D display making it possible to create or edit content on a 2D monitor.

In addition to the ConceptD 7 SpatialLabs Edition, Acer also introduced a new version of the ConceptD 3 Ezel 15.6 inches and a 16:10 version of the ConceptD 3. Not only that, Acer also expanded the ConceptD 3 line with several new models, such as the new 16-inch clamshell model (CN316). -73G) featuring a 16:10 aspect ratio display and a new 15.6-inch convertible model (CC315-73G) with a Wacom EMR pen. Acer also released the ConceptD 3 Pro (CN316-73P) and ConceptD3 Ezel Pro (CC315-73P) with an Intel Core i7 processor with 4.6 GHz and an NVIDIA T1200 GPU.[2].
All the latest ConceptD 3 laptops come with a distinctively modern design, featuring a pure white MAO (Micro-Arc Oxidation) coating that resists smudges and scratches to protect the MgAl chassis.[2] which is made entirely of aluminum.
