Of the five proposals, which were supported by state Democratic legislators, voters only voted “Yes” for only two of them: Proposition 2, which will include the right to clean air and water in the state Constitution, and Proposition 5 , which will expand the jurisdiction of the New York City Civil Court. Proposals 1, 3, and 4 were easily defeated.
