After a negotiation period of more than two months, the new college of mayor and aldermen in the municipality of Groningen is a fact. Under the name ‘It starts in Groningen: for what is really of value’, GroenLinks, PvdA, Party for the Animals, SP and ChristenUnie will govern the municipality. That will happen with the next councilors.
