1. Grand Dhika City Mall

2. Pakuwon Mall Bekasi

PT Pakuwon Jati Tbk designed this mall with an NLA of 100,000 square meters. However, currently being developed is Phase I with an NLA of 43,000 square meters.

3. Plaza Indonesia Jababeka

A shopping center project with a concept lifestyle mall This is a collaboration between PT Plaza Indonesia Realty Tbk and PT Graha Buana Cikarang.

Designed with an NLA of 55,685 square meters. Currently it is still under construction.

4. AEON Deltamas

This shopping center is a marriage between AEON and Sinarmas Land. Its operation is scheduled for 2022 with an area of ​​90,000 square meters NLA.

5. Living World Grand Wisata

Kawan Lama Group and Sinarmas Land have again established a strategic partnership by building Living World Grand Wisata.

Previously, the two of them had started the construction of Living World in Kota Wisata, Bogor Regency with an NLA area of ​​80,000 square meters.
