“These are the figures spent on house care”

Acer reacts to the accusations launched by Alberto Ferrero (Fratelli d’Italia) and Veronica Verlicchi (civic list ‘La Pigna’) regarding the state of Acer properties which for the two politicians “are abandoned to themselves”. Acer, which manages public housing, responds by lining up the numbers. This is the list of maintenance costs for public residential buildings for the territory of the Municipality of Ravenna released by the company. In the current year, to date, spending has been 1,671,706 euros; in 2023 of 2,156,843 euros; in 2022 by 2,119,851 euros and in 2021 by 2,118,831 euros”.

Acer is keen to underline that “all amounts are the sum of availability from upstream fees and regional or state funding for restoration and compliance interventions”.

Furthermore, specific extraordinary interventions are worth mentioning: “For the building in via Patuelli n. 10-16 and 18-20, interventions were carried out for the facade bonus for 363,172 euros and 110% bonus for 2,360,853 euros (the works were completed on 31 December last year).

For the buildings in via Missiroli n. 1-5-9, the technical-economic framework for the award was approved for 1,725,199 euros (PNC financing, the works are in progress)”. For the building in via Caorle 12, the technical-economic framework was approved with a final balance of 807,630 euros; finally, for the building in via Gatta 11-13, the final economic framework for 224,605 euros was approved”.
