Winter’s Every time we meet is over for this time after an unforgettable 13th season consisting of touching stories, musical contributions and budding friendships between young promising and established artists on Kjerringøy.
The season premiere with Bjørn Eidsvåg (68) in the guest of honor also remains the most watched episode in the programme’s history.
Nine musical interpretations have also whizzed into the top charts along the way.
TV 2 has asked several of this year’s Every time we meet participants about which artists they would like to see in the next round of the viewer magnet.
Watch one of the season’s magical music moments in the video at the top of the story.
Bjørn Eidsvåg
Veteran artist Eidsvåg turned down the TV success twelve times before finally saying yes to this year’s season. During the programme, the 68-year-old expressed how much fun he had, and wondered why he had not taken part earlier.
On his wish list of artists for next season, he has listed another ring fox in the industry.
– I want to see Kari Bremnes. Come along, Kari, he says.
Freddy Kalas
The king of party music, Fredrik Auke (33), better known as Freddy Kalas, can for his part imagine a young star next year.
– I think Ramón is quite good. I love his voice. I have a small thought that he is good, and that he will do well eventually.
Emma Steinbakken
The youngest participant ever in Hver gang vi møstes, Emma Steinbakken (19), has been able to show off her talent in the program with, among other things, the interpretation of “The River” – which was at the top of Spotify for several weeks.
Like Auke, she also holds a button on, among others, Ramón.
– It would have been fun to see Astrid S and Ramón, she says.
Stjerneskuddet has also made up its mind if the concept only consisted of young artists.
– What would have been interesting is to see what would have happened if there were only young people involved. If the conversations had been different, for example.
Isaac
One of the other young people in this year’s group – R&B artist Isah (23), whose real name is Kaleb Isaac Ghebreiesus – distinguished himself early in the season when he performed Eidsvåg’s “Alt du vil ha” together with guest artist Maria Mena (36).
The 23-year-old singles out two young Oslo rappers as possible candidates for an upcoming season.
– Good question. I would like to see Jonas BeNYoub. Definitely. Maybe Cezinando too, he says, and continues:
– I feel they have a lot of music that people can interpret completely differently because they have such strong lyrics and extremely melodic language. I would say one of the two – if not both.
