These are the 5 strongest characters in Dragon Ball Sparking! Zero

There is always a scale of power. Satan, with the help of the Boo Monster, may be able to do something to hide his shortcomings, but he will not be able to prevail against an enemy as implacable as Beerus, the god of destruction. In Dragon Ball Sparking! Zero, the new installment of the Budokai Tenkaichi saga, more than 180 fighters fight on the battlefield. As in Akira Toriyama’s manganime, not everyone is equally strong: in the long-awaited video game from Bandai Namco and Spike Chunsoft, five stand out above the others. And almost all of them are from ‘Super’, we review them.

Gogeta Super Saiyan 4

The little fusion dance was never to Vegeta’s liking. The proud saiyan always has a hard time, but when there is no other solution, it is better to trace the movements of that ridiculous dance than to disappear along with the rest of the planet. In ‘Dragon Ball GT’, Yi Xing Long’s immense power forces them to fuse, resulting in the most extraordinary version of Gogeta, at least until ‘Dragon Ball Super’ released the Blue version. Normally, the fusion technique lasts thirty minutes, but the power of Gogeta Super Saiyan 4 is so devastating that its duration is reduced to 10 minutes.

Gogeta Super Saiyan Blue

Leaving aside the debate about whether ‘Dragon Ball GT’ is canon or not, the fused version of Goku and Vegeta returns in ‘Dragon Ball Super: Broly’, although this time with a power level as spectacular as when he transforms into Super Saiyan 4. In Dragon Ball Sparking! Zero, the player can use him from his base form and transform him into Super Saiyan and Super Saiyan Blue, which gives him never-before-seen abilities and speed. Although ‘Dragon Ball Heroes’ transformed him into Super Saiyan 3, none of those stories belong to the canon.

The time limitation of fusion does not exist using Pothala earrings. They each place the sacred jewel in their ear, which immediately activates the fusion. It is said that once two people merge into one it is no longer possible to separate. In other words, they become a new person, mixing the personalities, voices and physical appearance of both individuals. Of course, Vegeta and Goku being the protagonists, they always manage to find an excuse that allows them to separate them… like in ‘Super, where it is revealed that the duration is actually one hour. In that series he also reaches the Super Saiyan Blue level, which gives him power beyond any doubt.

Beerus

When he’s not taking a nap, he’s looking for the best delicacies in the galaxy. When he is not eating or resting, he dedicates himself to carrying out his work as a god of destruction, that is, destroying worlds. This deity is the representative of one of the universes, which of course is found with Goku and company. The Saiyans, eager to face a formidable rival, do not hesitate to fight him. Unfortunately, not even Goku in Super Saiyan 3 can defeat him, so they put into practice a legend that tells about a mysterious Super Saiyan God. Goku and Vegeta’s family gathers and lends their power to Goku, who transforms into this powerful version. Just like in Dragon Ball Sparking! Zero is not strong enough, although at least he manages to stop him from destroying the Earth.

Whis

Appearances can be deceiving and Whis is one of those guys who seems innocent, but actually hides hidden potential. He is Beerus’ teacher, so not only is he powerful, but he is even stronger than his apprentice. Fond of good food and the pleasures of the universe, his personality is calm and kind, the opposite of that of his pupil. As the son of a priest and teacher, he watches over Beerus and is very attentive to possible attacks of anger that can trigger terrible consequences.
