These are Claudia Sheinbaum’s commitments for the 2024-2030 six-year term

This August 15th, She received the certificate as the first elected President of Mexico, from the Electoral Tribunal of the Judicial Branch of the Federation, after which she launched some promises for the 2024-2030 six-year term.

In front of the Superior Court of the TEPJF he gave his first words and made some commitments, while upon arriving at the Metropólitan Theater he gave a second speech, almost on the verge of tears.

Here we list some of the promises he made in both places.

  • Rights of Afro-Mexican peoples.
  • New system for teachers, eliminating the Unit of the System for the Career of Teachers (USICAMM).
  • Expand the number of secondary and higher schools.
  • A single health system for Mexicans.
  • Popular housing for those without insurance.
  • Build 3,000 kilometers of trains, twice as many as President López Obrador. A line from Mexico City to Nuevo Laredo and another from Mexico City to Nogales to the Pacific.
  • Water concessions and strategic works to guarantee the right to water.
  • Strengthen the Federal Electricity Commission (CFE) and Petróleos Mexicanos (Pemex).
  • Food sovereignty.
  • Strengthen the national economy.
  • Facilitate private investment and nearshoring.
  • Take care of the environment.
  • Addressing violence against women by strengthening zero impunity.
  • Strengthening art and sport.
  • Strengthen the National Guard, intelligence and investigation.
