JAKARTA – There are at least nine food to increase cholesterol that can be known. By understanding it, people with cholesterol do not need to worry about high cholesterol levels.

Cholesterol is indeed one of the substances needed in the body. However, if it is excessive, it can cause plaque which will clog the blood flow to cause various complications disease .
