Your Sky Ticket access will renew itself month after month if you do not cancel it. You only have to do nothing with day tickets or weekly tickets. You do not need to cancel these Sky Ticket accounts. When the time is up, you just can’t see anything anymore.
If you want to cancel Sky Ticket in the monthly cancellable variant, the easiest way to do this is on the Sky Ticket website. Important to know: you can do this termination until the last day of the term. In your own interest, you shouldn’t wait until the last second
Step by step: cancel Sky Ticket in 5 steps
- Go to the skyticket.de website
- Click on Login at the top right and enter your access data
- Under My account // My tickets you will see your booked tickets
- Under the booked tickets you can click on “Cancel Sky Ticket”
- Confirm termination with “Yes, I want” and select the reason for termination
Finally you will see a confirmation and a date until which your Sky Ticket will still work. You will also receive the confirmation by email. If you change your mind, you can also cancel the cancellation with a click of the mouse.
If you wish, you can also delete your entire account here. This is especially recommended if you are not planning to use Sky Ticket again in the next few months or years. If you delete your access, Sky must also delete your data. This is at least positive in terms of data protection, since your data is not stored at countless companies.
If you want to switch to the regular Sky subscription, you no longer need Sky Ticket access. If it persists, for example, it can cause problems after moving.
Cancel Sky Ticket by phone, letter and email
Although it can be done with a click of the mouse – if you want, you can also cancel Sky Ticket via the hotline at 089-99727900. A letter to Sky Deutschland // Sky Ticket // 22033 Hamburg or an email to [email protected] – each with your customer number – should be successful. However, we advise you to give notice of termination on the website.
