Jensen Huang

Nvidia founder and CEO Jensen Huang has seen his net worth skyrocket due to high demand for Nvidia’s AI chips, which power some of the world’s leading AI models. Huang’s net worth rose to $63.5 billion so far this year to $107 billion, according to the Bloomberg Billionaires Index.

Meta founder Mark Zuckerberg’s fortune increased by $78.1 billion this year, according to the Bloomberg Billionaires Index. On Friday, Zuckerberg surpassed Amazon founder Jeff Bezos as the second richest person in the world. Zuck’s net worth reached $206 billion, $1 billion above Bezos’s $205 billion.

Meta shares have gained about 69.5% so far this year. The company’s shares jumped 5% in July after announcing second-quarter earnings results that beat expectations, driven by its AI business.

“We had a strong quarter, and Meta AI is on track to become the most used AI assistant in the world by the end of the year,” Zuckerberg said.

Larry Ellison

In September, the founder of Oracle, Larry Ellison, passed the founder of Amazon Jeff Bezos in wealth, making Ellison the second richest person in the world. Ellison’s net worth is around USD 206.8 billion according to Forbes.

Oracle shares are up about 62.7% so far this year on its cloud business. Ellison owns about 40% of Oracle’s outstanding shares, according to Forbes.

Demand for Oracle’s AI technology is so strong that other cloud leaders are using Oracle’s AI computing power, even if they have their own data centers. In June, Microsoft and OpenAI announced that they would use OCI for AI workloads.
