Ousmane Sonko is adamant. If President Macky Sall offered him a position of responsibility, he would decline it, without blinking.
In an interview with the site specialized in the Wolof language, “LuDefuWaxu”, the leader of Pastef explains his firm position, for three main reasons.
“First, there is no aspect on which Macky and I have the same vision (…).
Second, we don’t have the same program. I believe that PSE is not good, unlike my campaign program, which is backed by my vision (…)
Third, the way Macky runs the country inspires us with no admiration, quite the contrary.
I think Macky has neither the skill nor the legitimacy let alone the courage that his mission requires. Macky Sall is just content to serve France. ”
