National Police Chief General Listyo Sigit Prabowo has decided to disable Brigadier General Hendra Kurniawan from his position as Head of the Internal Security Bureau (Karopaminal) and Kombes Budhi Herdi Susianto from his position as South Jakarta Metro Police Chief.
The deactivation of the two police officers is a follow-up to the case of the death of Nofryansah Yosua Hutabarat or Brigadier J at Inspector General Ferdy Sambo’s house.
A replacement for Kombes Budhi has also been appointed by the Metro Jaya Police Chief, Inspector General Fadil Imran.
The Head of the South Jakarta Metro Police is now held by Kombes Yandri Irsan, who previously served as Director of Security for Vital Objects at the Metro Jaya Police.
So, who is the replacement for Brigadier General Hendra who has been deactivated from Karopaminal?
Head of the Public Relations Division of the National Police Inspector General Dedi Prasetyo said in the near future a replacement for Brigadier General Hendra would be announced.
This is because the National Police Chief General Listyo has ordered the Deputy Chief of the National Police, Komjen Gatot Eddy Pramono, and the Human Resources Assistant, Inspector General Wahyu Widada, to find a replacement. Brigadier General Hendra.

General Listyo is also known to have disabled Inspector General Ferdy Sambo from his position as Head of the Propam Police Division.
The deactivation is in the context of objectivity in handling the shooting case that killed Brigadier J at the official residence of Inspector General Ferdy Sambo, Duren Tiga, South Jakarta on Friday (8/7).
