In fact, it is priced between 500 and 700 euros, but for a specimen preserved in perfect condition you can also spend a sum of one thousand euros.

As for the 1000 lire banknotes, both with Maria Montessori and with Marco Polo, there are some vintages that are still worth a lot today. As in the case of the 1000 lire banknote with Montessori from 1995, signed by Fazio and Speziale, with a serial number starting with the figures XC A. It is estimated that the uncirculated value is around 220 euros.
The banknotes with the Montessori representation and the serial number starting with X can also be worth more than 100 euros. While in the other cases the banknotes of this denomination have an estimated value between 3 and 5 euros.
