Adding additional kitchen appliances to the Thermomix family will guarantee perfect baked goods, fried or grilled dishes. You don’t have to replace a single pan in your kitchen. You can set the perfect temperature for cooking and baking with the help of the Thermomix Sensor accessory – a precise “thermometer” that will support cooking with Thermomix settings.
Perfect temperature thanks to Thermomix Sensor
The secret to the success of many dishes is preparing and serving them at the perfect temperature. Without this, it is very easy to fail with dishes such as steaks, soufflés, meringues, lava cake with liquid filling and similar dishes. Many of them are unattainable without specialized equipment and knowledge.
And that’s where it comes into play Thermomix Sensor. Temperature sensor connects via Bluetooth to the Thermomix TM6 device and the new Vorwerk application – Cooking Center. Thermomix Sensor monitors the temperature inside the dish and the ambient temperature in real time. The internal sensor is located approximately two centimeters from the sharp tip of the device i has a measurement range of up to 100°C. The ambient temperature sensor will work even on a barbecue – can operate at temperatures up to 275°C. Of course, the Thermomix Sensor is powered by a battery, which gives you the freedom to work in various conditions.

Temperature information is visible both in the mobile application for Android and iOS and on the Thermomix TM6 screen. When the dish reaches the perfect moment of doneness or baking, the smartphone and Thermoix TM6 can send a notification. It is worth being on alert to react quickly. Thus, this step of many cooking instructions will be performed flawlessly, even though it will not take place in the Thermomix bowl.
The premiere of the Thermomix Sensor device is the fulfillment of Vorwerk’s promise from 2019: Thermomix TM6 will be improved and developed. As you can see, new functions include not only software updates, but also new accessories. We have already received a disc for peeling potatoes, an attachment for cutting vegetables and a small Thermomix Friend that helps in cooking “for two pots”. However, Thermomix Sensor is the first to reach the rest of the kitchen.
Thermomix Sensor is now available for sale. It costs PLN 695 on its own, and when purchased in a set with Terhmomix TM6 it will cost PLN 495.
