KOMPAS.com – A video showing a commotion between a customer and a public gas station attendant (gas station) in the area Bintaro viral on social media.
The video was uploaded by the Instagram account thisThursday (16/6/2022).
It is narrated that the cause of the commotion was due to an error in refueling.
Thus, the consumer asks for compensation by draining and repairing the engine of the car concerned.
“So, Min, it was a refueling error, and the officer wanted to drain the car’s tank, but the customer wanted the engine to be fixed, apart from draining it,” write the account.

Not wrong fuel contentbut misunderstood the receipt
When confirmed, West Java Regional Manager Communication, Relations & CSR, Eko Kristiawan confirmed the incident.
However, the source of the case was only a misunderstanding that arose from the receipt or receipt for refueling fuel.
“It’s not wrong to fill in BBM, because the BBM requested is Pertamax and what is filled is also Pertamax. There was a misunderstanding on the receipt that Pertamax Turbo appeared,” he explained, when contacted Kompas.com, Friday (17/6/2022).
“And it has been proven at that time that the type of fuel is Pertamax, so that consumers can accept that the fuel filled is appropriate,” continued Eko.
Now, the misunderstanding has been resolved and ended peacefully.
