New York: Experts say US President Joe Biden’s package will strengthen economic activity. Economists who took part in a Reuters survey said the U.S. economy would return to its pre-Kovid position within a year.
However, 23 people who were part of the survey said a full recovery was possible within six months. Most experts believe that the duration of the economic recovery will depend on the success of the Kovid vaccine distribution and its effectiveness.
The survey estimates that the $ 1.9 trillion stimulus package announced by the U.S. president has boosted confidence in recovery. About 120 economists were part of the survey.
