According to regional hygienists, six confirmed cases of covid-19 disease have been added to the Vysočina region since Friday afternoon. One person died of the disease. He is a client of the Jihlava Alzheimer’s Center affected by the infection. According to the statistics of the regional hygiene station, five seniors have died in this home with a special regime since last weekend, and they also had other diseases.
As of Friday, 15 soldiers have been helping to secure the operation of the Jihlava Alzheimer’s Center. Renata Horňáková, the center’s director, told reporters that covid-19 had been confirmed by 41 out of 87 clients by Friday, as well as 18 employees.
