The stars coped with the ordeal with dignity.
Such brilliant artists as Vasily Livanov and Klara Rumyanova worked on the cartoon “Kid and Carlson”. The first gave his voice to “a man in the prime of life”, and the second – to his young friend. At the same time, colleagues in the workshop would hardly have had such an honor if not for one misfortune for two.
It turned out that the dubbing masters had serious voice problems caused by a serious illness. In her youth, Rumyanova spoke in a rather low voice, but everything changed after she caught pneumonia. After recovery, the artist was horrified to find that her voice was gone. He returned only after several months of silence, and then the celebrity realized that her timbre had become unnaturally high.
Something similar happened with Livanov. While working on the tape “Unsent Letter”, the artist had a chance to voice his character not in a recording studio, but in the taiga. To make it work, the celebrity had to scream in the cold, after which he realized that he could not speak at all. Then the nurse urged the artist to remain silent for two weeks, which he did. And when, finally, he spoke, he realized that that very unique hoarseness appeared in his voice, which became a characteristic feature of Carlson, beloved by many.
