Responsible and Inclusive Business Week is being held until October 18, 2024, organized by the French Association of Diversity Managers (AFMD) and the MEDEF. This year, the theme of this event is: “CSR, diversity and inclusion as levers for transforming organizations”.

Responsible and inclusive business week: there is still time to participate

This is a annual event designed to raise awareness of CSR issuesdiversity and inclusion to respond and go beyond legal obligations, to learn about existing tools and draw inspiration from good practices, to meet the actors who work in the field and provide solutions and to exchange ideas and points of view between CSR and Diversity and inclusion professionals.

Since Monday October 14, 2024, different sessions have already taken place, on themes such as: “The 4 pillars of a successful CSR and D&I policy”, “CSRD: Administrative burden or lever for business transformation? », “Managing your transition: Good practices for a responsible and inclusive company”, “Women-men pay gaps: what methodology to measure the real gaps and initiate action plans? », “What is greenwashing and how can you protect yourself from it?” » or even “Senior inclusion: Where to start? “. Business leaders and CSR managers were able to follow them in person or via live video broadcast.


A wide range of downloadable resources to continue training after the event

MEDEF, one of the organizers of this event, recalls that many resources will remain accessible on its website in order to support companies in their CSR and Diversity and inclusion initiatives. Thanks to these resources, in their free time, business leaders and executives can train in managerial subjects such as “Quality and Conditions of Life at Work (QVCT) and Quality of Life of the Manager (QVD)”, “Management remotely and teleworking”, “Crisis management and CSR” or even “Management, equal opportunities and inclusion”.

To support CSR and Corporate Diversity and Inclusion approaches, MEDEF provides the guides “Six key principles of good governance”, “How to assess the impact of D&I policies?” » and “Dialogue with stakeholders”, the practical sheet “Improving your risk management with CSR” and the presentation “Accelerating your transition by adapting your professions”, among others.
