This morning at around 6:31 a.m., the Regional Office – Nessebar received a report of an incident in the area of the “Kokiche” hotel in Sunny Beach, in which, after an interdiction between two groups of people on the occasion of an interpersonal conflict, a Range Rover Sport car, with Plovdiv registration, several shots were fired, after which the car drove off in the direction of the Burgas – Varna road, the Ministry of the Interior announced.
The same was promptly stopped by police officers at an existing checkpoint in the area of the Karuchka restaurant, and it was established that the car was driven by 28-year-old A.O. / an Armenian holding a passport from the Russian Federation, with the status of a permanent resident in Plovdiv/, and his companion is the 36-year-old Armenian citizen A.A. A gas pistol legally owned by A.O. was found and seized.
The other participants in the incident were also identified and detained – 20-year-old K.G. from Burgas and Z.G. – 20-year-old, S.V. – 20-year-old, A.T. – 19 years old / all from Dimitrovgrad, working at various commercial establishments in Sunny Beach/.
Witnesses – eyewitnesses to the incident were interrogated, and recordings from video cameras covering the area were seized. In this case, pre-trial proceedings for hooliganism have been initiated.
During the subsequent procedural-investigative actions, a search was carried out in the accommodation used by the residents of Dimitrovgrad, and several envelopes with dry green grass mass / cannabis with a total weight of 70-80 grams / were found and seized, for which the Regional Office – Nessebar formed a rapid police investigation proceeding against Z.G.
