There are many types of fuel oil (BBM) offered in Indonesia. For those of you who use BBM RON 92, the choices are Pertamax, BP 92, Revvo 92, and even Shell Super.
After the price of Pertamax went up to Rp. 14,500 per liter, the price difference with other 92 RON was not too far off. For comparison, Shell Super is sold at Rp. 15,420-15,750 per liter, BP 92 is Rp. 14,990 per liter and Vivo is Rp. 15,400 per liter.
Although the price is still higher than Pertamax, there are a number of promotions provided by non-Pertamina gas station operators. This causes a number of motorists to consider switching to using BBMs other than Pertamax.

Promos are generally given for four-wheeled vehicles with a minimum purchase of 25 liters. For cars, Shell is offering a promotion to purchase 25 liters of fuel using OVO. With this promotion, motorists can save up to Rp. 1,600 per liter. Through this promotion, the price of Shell Super (RON 92) is IDR 13,800 per liter. If it is calculated, filling up with 25 liters of Shell fuel, the driver will spend 345,000 Rp.
BP also provides a promo for drivers who fill up with at least 25 liters of fuel and get 1 liter free for 4 vehicles. Please note that this promo does not apply to multiples. This BP promotion is valid for the purchase of various types of fuel including BP 92 at service stations in the Greater Jakarta and Surabaya areas.
If it is calculated, the purchase of a 25-liter BP 92 means that the driver has to spend Rp. 14,990 x 25 = Rp. 374.750. Getting a 1 liter bonus means riders will receive 26 liters for the price of IDR 374,750.
As for the Vivo, four-wheelers that buy 25 liters have to spend IDR 385,000.
How about Pertamax? To fill with a volume of 25 liters, the filling cost of Pertamax becomes IDR 377,000. With the promotion offered, the filling price of 25 liters of fuel with Shell Super is the cheapest compared to other RON 92 fuels.
The promotion also makes the cost of filling the BP 92 up to 25 liters a little more profitable. So, this was the comparison of filling 25 liters of RON 92 fuel into the car, so which one do you choose?
