Tina Majorino rose to fame as a child, starring in the adventure film ‘Water World’ with Kevin Costner and the drama ‘Corrina, Corrina’. Experts and spectators predicted a successful future for the charming artist, but the life of a celebrity turned out a little differently.
Already at the age of 13, Tina officially admitted: she was tired of working as an actress. The celebrity decided to focus on her studies about her, she graduated from high school and went on to college. She returned to the screens only in 2004, when she took part in the cult film Napoleon Dynamite.
Subsequently, the artist regularly appears in various projects. She can be seen in the series “Castle” and “Grey’s Anatomy”, as well as in the film “What We Do Is a Secret”. As Tina herself notes, when she chooses her roles, she focuses not on the fee, but on the complexity of the character she has to transform into, which is why there are so few projects in her filmography.
