It is also enabled by Metrash II, the Ministry of Home Affairs application that provides multi-layered services. Instead of running to the offices of the security department or the police station to file a complaint about lost objects, the authorities can file a complaint through ‘Report Lost Objects’ at the general service window Metrosh.

Resident ID, check, mobile phone, wallet and cash can be selected through this. After ticking and selecting the required item, you can add the required details. The new option in Metrash will bring a lot of relief to the public including natives and residents.
