Players need to make an appointment to collect their player bags and store their luggage, but there is a limit for each time period, and some people cannot arrange a suitable time period.
The appointment time is until 8pm every day, and many people have not yet got off work.
Some runners said that the adult registration fee is $520, which is more expensive than the Standard Chartered Marathon, but they do not get corresponding services and feel it is not worth it.
