A young man named Niko Alberto Tampubolong tried to kill his girlfriend’s parents, Pangolop Gultom (51). The family reveals an astonishing fact.
The sadistic murder took place last Saturday (30/10) at around 12.30 WIB. The perpetrator initially came to the victim’s house in Kasang Padang Village, Bonai Darussalam, Riau.
“The perpetrator went to the victim’s house with the aim of asking for permission to marry the victim’s child. However, the victim did not want it,” said Rohul Police Chief, AKBP Wimpiyanto, Sunday (31/10/2021).
The perpetrator suddenly assaulted the victim. Victims who tried to save themselves were chased until they were beaten with palm harvesting tools.
Niko’s sadistic action was also witnessed by other residents at the location. They are RG (28), HN (44), RP (27) and OM (35) residents of Kasang Padang Village, Rohul, Riau.
The police who received reports from residents immediately arrived at the location at around 13.00 WIB. At the scene, the victim was covered in blood and the perpetrator was arrested by residents. It was then handed over to members of the TNI and police who came to the location after receiving reports from residents.
During initial interrogation by the police, the perpetrator admitted that the reckless act was carried out out of love with the victim’s child, but was not approved.
“After being arrested, the perpetrator admitted that he had killed the victim with a dodos. This was because the perpetrator liked or loved the victim’s child, but the victim did not approve of it,” he said.
The evidence that was secured at the location was a dodos with a wooden handle and a length of approximately 4 meters. Including the victim’s and perpetrator’s clothes covered in blood.
Family Reveals Shocking Facts
New facts are revealed in this murder case. It turned out that the family admitted that there was no love relationship between the victim’s child and the perpetrator.
The victim’s biological son, GR, said the perpetrator did not have a lover. His sister, RG (28), who was asked to marry was also not the perpetrator’s lover.
“There is no girl (Niko Tampubolon),” explained the victim’s child, GR, when asked for confirmation by AFP on Sunday (31/10/2021).
