Fischer said, the PPnBM incentive policy will reduce the price of used cars by 10 to 20 percent.

For example, the 2019 Toyota Avanza, which in February had the market at Rp. 170 million to Rp. 190 million.
Meanwhile, the current price for the new Avanza is in the range of Rp. 187 million to Rp. 239.35 million. Used car traders certainly have to lower their selling prices so that they don’t get stuck with the new prices.
So don’t be surprised if Avanza 2019 is currently being offered in the range of Rp. 160 million to Rp. 180 million.
This means that used cars at young ages have to go down by at least Rp. 10 million, following the decline in new car prices.
