JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com – In the era of social media there are many fake accounts customer care or banking consumer services spread.
The accounts responded even more quickly to complaint consumers on social media rather than the official account of the bank concerned.
This makes people trapped by con artists who claim to be the bank’s customer service and lose money in their accounts.
Responding to the rampant fraud, Corporate Secretary BNI Mucharom explained that his party would be faster and more accurate in answering any complaints customer who entered the BNI.

“We always receive every input that will improve our service performance for customer satisfaction. We continue to strive to provide a faster and more accurate response in answering customer complaints that enter the BNI Contact Center which can be contacted at 1500046,” he said to Kompas.com, Sunday (14/3/2021).
He also said that BNI also added the location of the service center contact centre not only in one location, but in three locations, namely South Tangerang, Surabaya and Semarang.
“This step is also to ensure that Contact Center services can continue to be provided even though there is a communication problem at one of the Contact Center centers,” he said.
“We also continue to educate customers in addition to responding to customer complaints quickly,” added Mucharom.
For information, not only BNI Bank customers are deceived by accounts customer care fake, but also other state-owned banks and private banks.
As for the list of official accounts owned, namely @BNI on Twitter, @ BNI46 on Instagram, and BNI on Facebook.
In addition, BNI also has a Watshapp Business channel which is only used as a means of delivering one-way information to BNI customers.
