After Minister De Jonge announced the good news on Tuesday that the Netherlands could possibly start vaccinating from 4 January, one of the organizations involved raised the alarm a day later. The National General Practitioners Association (LHV) has doubts about the suitability of GP practices to vaccinate people with the Pfizer and BioNTech vaccine, because it has a limited shelf life and is packaged in large quantities. As a result, waiting times can increase. Has the vaccination plan already gone wrong?
